						This was the second inspector for a home we are looking at purchasing. Jerry the Cal-Spec inspector was extremely thorough and found a ton of stuff the previous inspector missed. Luckily it had rained the day before and with his moisture meter he found many roof leaks that were not even visible yet as well as many other issues. Jerry was also able to do mold sampling throughout the house which was a major concern for us because there were 2 known roof leaks. His detailed report went room by room and included tons of photos making it easier to find the said issues. Jerry even contacted us afterward to see if we had questions or needed any further information.I totally trust the thorough inspection report and would definitely use him again and recommend him to family and friends.
